VERY difficult and quite painful to put on, especially if your equipment is on the large size, like mine. But once in place it does a pretty good job. On the other hand, a snap—on leather cock ring is much easier to use, as a sex toy, or even for all—day use, and even more stimulating are the pin prick versions, guaranteed to keep you up for a very long time, and not nearly as painful as this triple cock ring!
