Since 2003 we've hopefully given huge pleasure to many thousands of customers. We have a pretty straightforward goal; to elevate adult gift shopping up and away from the traditional seediness of darkened back streets and to bring it confidently right out, into the open. Service & Quality

We've done our fair share (and then some…) of research in the marketplace, and there are two factors in back-street sex shops which we think have given our innovative industry such a bad reputation in the mainstream. The first issue is that you'd probably get better customer service during a week's holiday under the stewardship of Basil Fawlty, than you would in most back-street sex shops. That would probably be OK, if it weren't for the second issue; quality. Their toys tend to be cheap Chinese imports which disintegrate and smell within a week of purchase. And the 'lingerie' in these shops is more likely to make you look like the 70s just chewed you up and spat you right out.

No Quibble Returns Policy

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 365 days for a full refund, less postage and packaging and providing the item is unopened and unused. Or, you might prefer to exchange your unused and unopened goods for alternative items; you can do this within 30 days of receiving them. Furthermore, GMP offers a 90 day fault warranty on everything we sell.
