This has no bearing on your statutory rights as a consumer.

In placing an order with getmepleasure you are declaring that you are of the proper legal age to purchase the selected item or items. Should we discover that you are not legally entitled to be purchasing these goods, we will not be obliged to complete the transaction.

Contract Formation

Any order you make through the getmepleasure website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.

Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, but we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.

Please note that the contract of purchase will exist between you and GMP Supplies Ltd trading as getmepleasure.

For the avoidance of doubt, no contract for any product purchased will exist between you and GMP Supplies Ltd trading as getmepleasure until you receive an email sent by getmepleasure confirming that the product in question has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns

This website operates in accordance with the EU directives on online trading and distance selling. The EU Consumer Protection Regulations dictate that the buyer has the right to cancel the order without reason, within 14 days of the initial purchase.

A cancellation made to getmepleasures within the allotted 14 days will be subject to a full refund. In the event that the item has already been dispatched, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded payment.

All postage and packaging payments are non-refundable and any free-gifts included as part of a special offer must be returned alongside the unwanted item, otherwise the cost of those goods will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Except in the case of defective, incomplete or incorrect products, any returns made will be done so at your own expense. You may arrange for us to collect the items from you, but again the costs incurred in doing so will be payable by you, usually through a deduction from the total refund amount.

Our returns policy enables you to exchange any unused and unopened items, for any reason, for an alternative product within 30 days of the original purchase. The shipment costs for any exchange made within this period will be payable by you.

For reasons of hygiene, getmepleasure is unable to accept returns of any adult toys, lingerie, underwear, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened.

Defective Items

If a product is defective, please supply a detailed description of the fault and return it thoroughly cleaned and securely wrapped in its original box, with all manuals and accessories included for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.

The cost of returning defective items will be covered by us. Upon receipt the products are tested by us and then sent back to you if found to be in perfect working order.
