Small items are wrapped in tissue and packed discretely in plain envelopes. The only visible markings are your address, the postage, and our return address (which is marked as PO Box 508, Southampton, SO50 0DD).
Larger items, like games, are packed securely in plain cardboard boxes. As with the smaller items, the only information visible on the surface is your address, the postage, and our return address (which is marked as PO Box 508, Southampton, SO50 0DD).
*Free UK Delivery on orders over £30
We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery as our standard means of delivery, and this costs £2.95. However, if your order is £30 or over, your UK delivery will be free.
First Class Recorded Delivery requires your signature upon receipt. Don't worry if you miss the postman though; they'll leave you a 'While You Were Out' card telling you where they took it and where you can pick it up. It'll probably be at your nearest sorting office and you can pick it up when it's convenient for you to do so. Alternatively, you can contact the Royal Mail and organise a redelivery. If your order isn't collected within seven days and you don't contact Royal Mail, your order will be delivered back to us.
Not in? No Problem.
It's not a problem if you're not in during the day; you can have your order delivered somewhere other than your billing/card address - maybe at work, or have it delivered to a partner's address. Whatever's convenient.
We endeavour to dispatch orders the same day as they were made, and if you order before 4pm it will almost certainly be sent the same day. If you're in the UK and your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please contact us and we'll do our best to track it down.
