Delivery At GetMePleasure, we're absolutely dedicated to the quality of our customer service, and to the 100% anonymity of our customers. That's why we only ship our products to you in the completely discreet brown envelopes and boxes you see in the picture below; that's what your order will look like when it arrives. No one will ever be any the wiser - and even our company name appears as 'GMP', rather than GetMePleasure.com, because your privacy is crucial.

Our delivery service is completely discreet and anonymous. But that's not all. It's also fast, and it's cheap too.

Delivery

We offer several different ways to get your order out to you. These are your delivery options:

Free Delivery

This is the standard delivery option, and it will be sent to you on the Royal Mail?s 2nd class post service. While this service is very reliable, it is not tracked so trying to pin an order down that has encountered a delay can be tricky. Free Delivery can take between 2 and 5 working days if you order before 4pm, and sometimes longer around busy periods.

1st Class Delivery

This delivery service costs £2.95, and for that your order will usually arrive between 1 and 3 working days if you order before 4pm. This delivery service is tracked which makes it easier to locate if anything goes wrong with the delivery. If you spend over £35 with us, you will be automatically upgraded to this service for free.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

This service is guaranteed to get your order to you the next working day by 4pm providing you order by 4pm, or we'll refund the cost of this service. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery costs £4 and will be sent by our courier, APC Overnight. This service is tracked and traced so we can follow your package through its various stages. This service is free when you spend £70 or more with us.

European Delivery

Delivery to Europe, including the Republic of Ireland, costs £10 and will usually take up to 5 working days. We use the Royal Mail's International Signed For service. Let us know if you can?t find your country of habitat in our checkout.

International Delivery

Worldwide delivery is available at a cost of £20, and we ship all over the world. Delivery times depend entirely on where you are in the world, and if you can?t find your country of origin then let us know and we?ll see how we can accommodate you.

Small Items

Small Items

Small items are wrapped in tissue and packed discreetly in plain envelopes. The only visible markings are your address, the postage, and our return address (which is marked as Unit D, The Apex Centre, Church Lane, Colden Common, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1TN).

Large Items

Larger items, like games, are packed securely in plain cardboard boxes. As with the smaller items, the only information visible on the surface is your address, the postage, and our return address (which is marked as Unit D, The Apex Centre, Church Lane, Colden Common, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1TN).


Recorded Delivery Top

Standard European Delivery and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery services all require your signature upon receipt. Don't worry if you miss the postman though; they'll leave you a 'While You Were Out' card telling you where they took it and where you can pick it up. It'll probably be at your nearest sorting office and you can pick it up when it's convenient for you to do so. Alternatively, you can contact the Royal Mail and organise a redelivery. If your order isn't collected within seven days and you don't contact APC or Royal Mail, your order will be delivered back to us and we'll charge you a further £2.95 for re-delivery.


Not in? No Problem. Top

It's not a problem if you're not in during the day; you can have your order delivered somewhere other than your billing/card address - maybe at work, or have it delivered to a partner's address. Whatever's convenient for you.


If Your Order Hasn't Arrived… Top

We dispatch 99% of orders placed before 4:15pm the same day. If you're in the UK and your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please contact us and we'll do our best to track it down. Please be aware however that in certain rare circumstances delivery can take up to 15 working days.


Tracking Your Order Top

You'll receive an email when your order has been processed and dispatched to you, confirming that your order is on its way. This email will give you details of your order, along with a tracking number. This can be useful when you need to track a parcel down. Just go to the Royal Mail's Track & Trace website, here or APC, here, and enter the code in your email into the field on that webpage.


If Someone Other Than the Recipient Signs for the Package Top

If the package is signed for by someone other than the addressee and the package then goes missing, GetMePleasure can't be held responsible. Once the delivery has been made, it's then the responsibility of the addressee to track the parcel down. We'll do all we can to help, and by going to the Royal Mail's Track & Trace website or APC and entering the code you received in your dispatch email you can track your order for yourself, but GetMePleasure can no longer be held responsible for any delivery that has been signed for.


Delivery to Barracks & Halls Of Residence Top

While we're happy to deliver to army barracks and student Halls, or any other shared accommodation for that matter, we can't be held responsible for any problems with delivery to your address.

Refunds & Returns Top

At www.GetMePleasure.com, we try to satisfy the first time round. Occasionally though, things do go awry and occasionally a faulty or mistaken product might slip through the net and you might feel it necessary to return a product.

GetMePleasure.com operates in accordance with the EU directives on online trading and distance selling. The EU Consumer Protection Regulations dictate that the buyer has the right to cancel the order without reason, within 365 days of the initial purchase.

A cancellation made to GetMePleasure.com within the allotted 365 days will be subject to a full refund. In the event that the item has already been dispatched, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded payment.

All postage and packaging payments are non-refundable and any free-gifts included as part of a special offer must be returned alongside the unwanted item, otherwise the cost of those goods will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Except in the case of defective, incomplete or incorrect products, any returns made will be done so at your own expense. You may arrange for us to collect the items from you, but again the costs incurred in doing so will be payable by you, usually through a deduction from the total refund amount.

Our returns policy enables you to exchange any unused and unopened items, for any reason, for an alternative product within 365 days of the original purchase. The shipment costs for any exchange made within this period will be payable by you.

For hygiene reasons, GetMePleasure.com is unable to accept returns of any adult toys, lingerie, underwear, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if the item has been removed from its packaging, or the item?s packaging is opened.


Defective Items Top

If a product is defective, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We'll email you a Free Post Return label, which you should print off and attach to the packaging of your unwanted product. Please include a detailed description of the fault, along with your name and address, and return it thoroughly cleaned and securely wrapped in its original box, with all manuals and accessories included for a full refund or replacement, within 365 days.

The cost of returning defective items will be covered by us. Upon receipt the products are tested by us and then sent back to you if found to be in perfect working order. If the product is faulty, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
