We offer two main delivery options: Free Delivery and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. They're both really reliable services and they're both tracked too, see if anything goes walkabout we should be able to locate it pretty quickly. You see, most companies offer free delivery service with no regard whatsoever to your order once they've got it out the door. They offer a free service, but then just wash their hands of it once it's in the post, and they'll have nothing to do with it if it goes missing leaving you out of pocket and unhappy. We think this is poor service, and that's why every single order that leaves our warehouse is uniquely tracked, for free.
The prices of our two delivery options vary depending on the size of your order. Here's how we break it down.
Standard UK Recorded Delivery is FREE.
Guaranteed UK Next Day Delivery is just Ł4.50.
If you spend Ł70 or more, Guaranteed UK Next Day Delivery is then FREE.

Delivery to Europe, including the Republic of Ireland, costs Ł10 and usually takes about 5 working days. We use the Royal Mail's International Signed For service. Let us know if you can't find your country of habitat in our checkout.
Worldwide delivery is available at a cost of Ł20, and we ship all over the world. Delivery times depend entirely on where you are in the world, and if you can't find your country of origin then let us know and we'll see how we can accommodate you.
Delivery is fast. Our Recorded Delivery service generally takes between 2 and 5 working days, but if it's a busy time of year or there are postal strikes, please allow a little longer. If you've chosen this service and your order hasn't arrived, we politely ask that you wait 15 working days from the date of despatch before you get in touch; they usually turn up and if for whatever reason your order can't be delivered it will be returned to us. This can take some time though.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery will arrive the next working day (the clue's in the name?). If you order before 4pm on any weekday and pay for guaranteed next day delivery, your order will arrive before 1pm the next day. Guaranteed. If it doesn't arrive the next day, then get in touch immediately and we'll chase it up.
While we're happy to send your order on Guaranteed Next Day if you live off the mainland or in the Highlands, please note that we can't guarantee it will arrive the next day. It will still be faster than normal mail though.
If you're on mainland Europe, your order will probably take between 5 and 7 working days to arrive. We currently don't offer guaranteed next day delivery outside the mainland UK.
Happily yes, we ship our products all over Europe. Which is nice. European delivery costs £10 on top of the sub-total of your order, and we recommend allowing 5-7 working days for delivery.
Yep, it doesn't matter where you are on this island Earth, we'll get your order to you. International delivery can take between 5 and 10 working days depending on where you are, and we use the Royal Mail's International Signed For service. International orders cost £20 for delivery.

Why yes, we do offer free delivery, but your order has to meet certain criteria for you to qualify. Recorded Delivery, that's our standard delivery tariff, is free on every order of Ł10 or more. Our ridiculously fast Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is free when you spend Ł70 or more.

You don't need to sign for your package personally, but someone will need to sign for it.
It's not a problem if you're not in during the day; you can have your order delivered somewhere other than your billing/card address - maybe at work, or have it delivered to a partner's address. Whatever's convenient for you.
If you're not home when the postie knocks for you, then they'll leave a card and your order will be returned to the nearest sorting office. The card will have all the information you need to either arrange a redelivery or to collect the item. They'll hold it for several days and eventually it'll be returned to us here at GetMePleasure.
We'll contact you by email as soon as we can to tell you your order has been returned to us. The email will basically ask you to call us, because if you want us to resend the order (which you probably do!) then we'll need you to cover the price of postage. It's £2.95 and we can take the payment quickly and easily over the phone.

If the package is signed for by someone other than the addressee and the package then goes missing, GetMePleasure can't be held responsible. Sorry. Once the delivery has been made, it's then the responsibility of the addressee to track the parcel down. We'll do all we can to help, and by going to the Royal Mail's Track & Trace website and entering the code you received in your dispatch email you can track your order for yourself, but GetMePleasure can no longer be held responsible for any delivery that has been signed for.
Oh no! Wait, it's not the end of the world and we'll do everything we can to help you track it down. I mean, it has to be somewhere, right? If you're in the UK and it was despatched using our standard delivery service, but your order hasn't arrived after 15 working days, please contact us and we'll do our best to track it down. You can contact us earlier than that if you like, but please be aware that we might not be able to help you until 15 working days have passed.
If however you placed your order before 4pm and your order went on Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, but it hasn't arrived the next day before 4pm, please contact us immediately.
No it's no problem. But while we're happy to deliver to army barracks and student Halls, or any other shared accommodation for that matter, we can't be held responsible for any problems with delivery to your address.
Absolutely, totally discreet. Sometimes our warehouse staff can't find the boxes because they're so discreet. Ok that's not true, but you get the idea. Your order will arrive in a plain brown box (or a plain envelope if it's a smaller order) with no indication of where it came from or what might be inside. The only visible markings are your address, the postage, and our return address (which is marked as Unit D, The Apex Centre, Church Lane, Colden Common, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1TN).
Simples. After you place your order and our warehouse team have packed it ready to go, you'll receive an email confirming that it's on its way. This email will give you details of your order, along with a tracking number. This can be useful when you need to track a parcel down. Just go to the Royal Mail's Track & Trace website, here, or here for APC (Next Day Delivery), and enter the code in your email into the field on that webpage. After the delivery has been signed for, you should be able to see the signee's signature on that website, and you can ask them the whereabouts of your order.

At www.GetMePleasure.com, we try to satisfy the first time round. Occasionally though, things do go awry and occasionally a faulty or mistaken product might slip through the net and you might feel it necessary to return a product.
GetMePleasure.com operates in accordance with the EU directives on online trading and distance selling. The EU Consumer Protection Regulations dictate that the buyer has the right to cancel the order without reason, within 365 days of the initial purchase.
A cancellation made to GetMePleasure.com within the allotted 365 days will be subject to a full refund. In the event that the item has already been dispatched, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded payment.
All postage and packaging payments are non-refundable and any free-gifts included as part of a special offer must be returned alongside the unwanted item, otherwise the cost of those goods will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For hygiene reasons, GetMePleasure.com is unable to accept returns of any adult toys, lingerie, underwear, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if the item has been removed from its packaging, or the item's packaging is opened.
If a product is defective, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We'll email you a Free Post Return label, which you should print off and attach to the packaging of your unwanted product. Please include a detailed description of the fault, along with your name and address, and return it thoroughly cleaned and securely wrapped in its original box, with all manuals and accessories included for a full refund or replacement, within 365 days.
The cost of returning defective items will be covered by us. Upon receipt the products are tested by us and then sent back to you if found to be in perfect working order. If the product is faulty, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
